A paste obtained from carefully selected pistachios to which natural chlorophyll has been added to obtain a “green” gelato.

Strong taste and full flavor obtained thanks to a particular roasting process of the pistachio.

Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of white base.

Warning: the pistachio contains more than 60% of fats; it is therefore natural that in the dough the fat part tends to separate from the fiber.

A separate pistachio paste is synonymous with the genuineness and quality of the raw material used.
