toasting hazelnuts.
Dosage: 80-100 g per kg of white base.
Attention: the hazelnut contains over 60% fat; it is therefore natural that in the pasta the
fat part curtain to separate from the fiber.
A separate hazelnut paste it is synonymous with the genuineness and quality of the raw material used.
