Refrigerated Cabinets — Evolution Range
Evolution 1
A simple, essential line of professional refrigerated cabinets for straightforward yet effective refrigeration. Robust construction, low energy consumption and ease of use.
Evolution 2+
Features a new electronic controller with optional connection to a centralised HACCP monitoring system, compatible with all other Friulinox equipment. Ideal for laboratories with strict regulatory requirements.
EN Silver Range
Stainless-steel refrigerated cabinets built with premium materials and advanced technologies. The Pastry range, compatible with EURONORM 600×400 mm and 600×800 mm containers, is specifically designed for storing delicate confectionery products. Food safety and environmental compliance guaranteed in accordance with CEI/CEE standards.
Blast Chillers — GO Range
New range of blast-chilling cabinets with capacity for 8, 12 and 16 EN1 / GN 1/1 trays. The universal tray support accepts both GN and EN trays interchangeably.
Operating modes:
- Timed chilling — 90 minutes (positive) or 240 minutes (negative) per HACCP regulations
- Core temperature control — the probe brings the product to the required temperature while preserving all organoleptic qualities
Advanced features:
- Cycle memory for repeating standardised chilling programmes
- Heated probe as standard in the blast-freezing version
- User-activated defrost only when needed (energy saving)
- Germicidal lamp ready
- Automatic switch to holding mode at end of cycle
Quick Freezers — GO Range
Quick-freezing range with capacity for 8, 12 and 16 EN1 trays, designed to meet HACCP timing requirements. Thanks to automatic core-probe control, the optimal cycle is selected and managed by Friulinox software without operator input — the product reaches the required temperature while preserving all its organoleptic properties.
Refrigerated Tables — Evolution Range
Built in AISI 304 18/10 Chrome-Nickel stainless steel with Scotch-Brite external finish. 50 mm insulation using water-based eco-friendly foam — zero environmental impact on ozone and greenhouse effect.
The patented air-channelling refrigeration system ensures:
- Uniform temperature throughout the internal volume
- Higher load capacity (no evaporators in the chamber)
- Operation in tropicalised environments up to +43 °C
Available with doors, drawers and on plinth (TN versions).
